These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Latinovibes mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Latinovibes (“Latinovibes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides content, guidance, and product experiences designed to help users better understand social, cultural, and interpersonal dynamics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases made through Apple are billed through your Apple account and are governed by Apple’s billing terms.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
• Access to premium features may end when your subscription expires or is canceled.
• You may be able to restore prior purchases using the restore purchases function in the app.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to access or copy content unless expressly authorized.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Latinovibes and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

7. No professional advice

Latinovibes provides informational and lifestyle-oriented content. The Services do not provide legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for such advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk or harm for the Services, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion through available in-app account controls, where applicable.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latinovibes and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and provide notice where appropriate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
